The customer is responsible for all activities occurring under their account and agrees not to sell, transfer, or assign their account or any associated rights to others.
The customer must keep their password confidential, if applicable, and restrict access to their computer(s) to prevent unauthorized use of their account.
Paysheild is not required to verify the identity or authority of anyone using the customer’s account. Paysheild reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate the customer’s account or limit access to the website for any reason.
Although Paysheild strives to provide accurate and current information on its website, errors or inaccuracies may occur. The site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, or availability.
Paysheild reserves the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, even after an order has been placed or confirmed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paysheild, its licensors, and affiliates disclaim all warranties and representations related to its products and services, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes but is not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, quality, and fitness for a particular purpose. Paysheild and its affiliates are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from or related to the website, products, or services, and the customer waives all such claims.
The customer must report any perceived errors or defects in the products within thirty (30) days of delivery. If Paysheild confirms these errors or defects, it will provide a replacement or a refund within thirty (30) business days.
Errors or defects resulting from user misuse or improper handling by the customer are the customer’s responsibility, and Paysheild is not obligated to provide a remedy.
The exclusive remedy for any alleged errors or defects is the provision of a replacement product at Paysheild’s discretion, at no cost to the customer.
All intellectual property related to the website, products, or services—including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets—is owned by Paysheild or its licensors. No rights are granted to the customer except as explicitly stated.
The customer is not permitted to use Paysheild’s trademarks or trade dress without prior written consent. This includes the Paysheild name, logos, and other branding elements. Trademarks of third parties appearing on Paysheild’s site are owned by their respective parties and may not be associated with Paysheild.
Any use of content from the website for purposes other than purchasing products, such as linking or framing, is prohibited unless prior written consent from Paysheild is obtained.
Violations of system or network security may lead to civil or criminal liability. Paysheild reserves the right to investigate such incidents and take legal action against any user or users involved. Customers are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, including, but not limited to, the following:
Paysheild, at its sole discretion, may implement technical measures to protect the website, products, and/or services. The customer is prohibited from attempting to remove or bypass these protections.
The customer must not affix any other trademarks to the products, remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices, or use the marks in any unauthorized manner. Specifically, the customer is not permitted to register any copyright or patent related to the products and/or services in their own name.
Upon request, the customer shall provide Paysheild with all cooperation and information reasonably required to fulfill its obligations under any order.
The customer must promptly supply Paysheild with all necessary details and information for the delivery of the product(s) specified in the order. Once a product or service is delivered, the order is considered complete. The customer cannot terminate an order for convenience.
If the customer believes that Paysheild has not fulfilled its obligations under an order, they must notify Paysheild in writing and provide thirty (30) days for Paysheild to address the issue.
If the customer fails to make payment or otherwise fails to meet their obligations under the order or agreement, or if Paysheild reasonably believes the customer will not fulfill their obligations:
Paysheild, along with its officers and affiliates, shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses related to the website, products, and/or services. This includes any liability arising from contract, warranty, negligence, or any other legal theory. The customer waives any and all such claims or causes of action.
